Ollie Oil is run by Terrano Labs ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We change your car's engine oil and oil filter at the address you give us, and reset the oil-change light where we can. We don't do other repairs. If we notice a problem, like a leak or a worn part, we'll tell you, but we won't fix it.
Your part
- The car is in a driveway, a private lot, or a garage where you have permission for us to work, with a few feet of clear space in front of or behind it for our ramps. We don't work on public streets.
- You hand us the car's keys in person when we arrive, and let us drive the car a few feet onto our ramps so we can reach underneath, run the engine to check for leaks, and reset the oil-change light. We give the keys back when we're done.
- The car details you give us are correct. It's a gas or hybrid car, not electric.
Your OK before we start
Before we start, our technician confirms the job and writes down your car's mileage with you, in writing or by text. If your car needs more than 5 quarts of oil or a filter we don't carry, we tell you before we start.
Price
Our prices are on the home page. Our first customers get their oil change free: if yours is, the booking screen says so and there's nothing to pay. We never take a card when you book. When we're fully booked, you can join our waitlist and we'll text you when a time opens up.
Cancelling and changes
Cancel or move your time by texting us at least 24 hours before. If we have to cancel, because of weather or anything else, we'll move you to a time you choose.
If something goes wrong
We check every car before we leave: nothing loose, oil at the right level, no drips. If you notice a problem after our visit, stop driving the car if it's unsafe and contact us within 14 days. We'll look at it and make it right if our work caused it. We aren't responsible for problems that were already there before our visit.
Old oil
We take the old oil and filter with us and recycle them.
